Dale climbed up there with a flashlight at 8pm on a Thursday because we had a leak the night before our daughter's birthday party. He found the nail-pop, fixed it for $80, and didn't try to sell us a roof we didn't need. I will call him every time, forever.

Dale's an honest man. He inspected our parsonage roof, told us we had three more years before we'd need a replacement, and refused payment for the visit. We'll be calling him in three years and not before. That's how this is supposed to work.

I work out of Reems Creek in Weaverville, NC. Most of my jobs are within a 35-minute drive — Asheville, Weaverville, Black Mountain, Mars Hill, Hendersonville, Brevard, plus the rural stretches in between. I'll go a little further for the right job. I don't go past Marion or south of Etowah — that's somebody else's territory and they're good at it.
